A well-established logistics and packaging company is looking for an experienced Sales Representative / Business Development Consultant to join their growing team in Johannesburg or in Durban.
About the role
This position is suited to a driven and results-oriented sales professional with strong business development experience. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Generating new business opportunities within the logistics and packaging sectors
• Conducting cold calling and canvassing activities to secure new clients
• Building, managing, and maintaining strong client relationships
• Converting prospective clients into active business accounts
• Managing client engagement and follow-up processes
• Driving revenue growth across multiple business divisions
• Travelling to meet clients when required
• Working with an existing database of potential clients while actively sourcing new opportunities
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License and Own Vehicle
• Proven External Sales and Business Development Experience
• Experience within Logistics, Transport, Clearing & Forwarding, Packaging, or Related Industries
• Self-Motivated and Results-Driven
