We are excited to announce the launch of our new sales contact centre in Johannesburg, Gauteng, Cresta Junction, South Africa, and are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Sales Representative at YUMA, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, responsible for cold calling businesses using our advanced dialler system.

Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our innovative POS solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to businesses using our dialler system.
• Work with a combination of bought leads and newly generated business data, ensuring fresh and replenished records.
• Identify and qualify potential leads.
• Present and demonstrate YUMA's POS solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the global sales team to share insights and strategies.

What's In It For You?

• Uncapped commission scheme with a realistic OTE as follows:
• Year 1: ZAR 257,720 per year (ZAR 10,000 basic salary + ZAR 14,580 commission)
• Year 2: ZAR 282,624 per year (ZAR 10,000 basic salary + ZAR 16,492 commission)
• Year 3: ZAR 359,096 per year (ZAR 10,000 basic salary + ZAR 22,176 commission)
• Year 4: ZAR 409,784 per year (ZAR 10,000 basic salary + ZAR 25,896 commission)
• Year 5: ZAR 499,128 per year (ZAR 10,000 basic salary + ZAR 31,736 commission)
• Basic salary of ZAR 10,000 per month.
• Earn 25% of the first year's billing and 10% of renewal billing from the second year onwards.
• Top performers may be moved on to higher value campaigns.
