About the position

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our clients team. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in hospitality sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients.
  
• Monitor and analyze sales trends locally and internationally to identify opportunities.
  
• Achieve set sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal sales success.
  
• Report on successes and challenges objectively.
  
• Travel as required, both locally and internationally.
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in a hospitality sales environment.
  
• Proven track record in successful commercial relationship development and maintenance.
  
• In-depth insights into local and international sales trends.
  
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal structures for optimal results.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
