About the position

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, expanding our market footprint and client database, meeting sales goals, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Growing of The Business
  • Develop and open new accounts in various industries
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customers leads through follow-ups and referrals.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the CEO and other departments.
  • Development and growth of current contracts to ensure maximum profitability
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Develop, present and implement a Sales Plan
  • Client and Relationship Management
  • Continuously improve through feedback and training.
  • Successful and positive interaction with all clients both internal and external to ensure maximum profitability
  • Always ensure professional client and services within the scope of duties
  • Demonstrate High Performance
  • Report as required on Sales Strategies, Sales Implementations, Sales Pipeline, Sales Tactics and Business Contracts
  • Determining Network Opportunities in the Region

Skills & Requirements :

  • Matric or any Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
  • Proven 3 Years' work experience in a Temporary Employment Service Industry as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems. i.e. [URL Removed] would be advantageous.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices and systems is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Love and Passion for Sales
  • Previous calling experience
  • willingness to travel
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
