About the position
Introduction
We are looking for a Jnr Sales rep that is ambitious, energetic, and eager to grow their career in the engineering and manufacturing sector and to to help drive new business for our CNC machining and metal fabrication services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new customers across manufacturing, engineering, automotive, mining, and fabrication sectors.
- Conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, site visits) and manage your sales pipeline.
- Support the sales team with quotations, technical info gathering, and customer follow-ups.
- Visit client sites to understand project needs and present service capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12) + valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
- 1-2 years sales experience (industrial/engineering environment an advantage).
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers.
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn CNC and fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
