About the position
Key Objective:
To sell a range of open and close cell foams manufactured and specialized products made up to customer specification so that continuous growth can be experienced in existing markets and to ensure expansion into new markets. This position offers a Basic Salary, plus benefits, Commission, Company Car and Company Petrol
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Qualifications:
- Appropriate Sales/ Marketing diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 3-5 year sales experience in a technical sales or close cell foam plastics environment could be an advantage
Duties:
- Calling on customers
- Extensive cold calling
- Developing new business
- Establishing technical requirements specific to customer needs
- Liaising with client and factory regarding W/order requirements
- Good product knowledge and good communication skills
Other:
- Computer literate i.e. MS office/computer (Word, excel, Syspro etc.)
- Valid driver’s license is essential
- Doing additional duties as deemed necessary
