About the position
Business Development
- Drive new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients within the Renewable Energy or IT sectors.
- Build strong client relationships and offer tailored recruitment solutions based on their needs.
- Act as a consultative partner, advising clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiations and fee discussions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across the Renewable Energy or IT sectors.
- Manage the candidate journey, from initial contact to final placement, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and negotiate job offers on behalf of both clients and candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for placed candidates.
Client and Candidate Relationship Management
- Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor in the recruitment process.
- Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to offer informed guidance to clients and candidates.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed recruitment and sales targets, focusing on both candidate placements and client acquisition.
- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and by delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes.
Market Expertise
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Renewable Energy or IT sectors, including key industry players and emerging talent demands.
- Share industry knowledge and trends with clients, helping them navigate the competitive talent landscape.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within Renewable Energy or IT sectors.
- Strong track record of managing the full recruitment cycle and successfully placing candidates.
- Business development experience, including client prospecting, relationship-building, and contract [URL Removed] Knowledge:
- A solid understanding of the Renewable Energy or IT sectors, including talent needs and market dynamics.

- Strong sales orientation, with the ability to build relationships and secure new business.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
