What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll lead the technical and sales strategy around grinding aids and related construction material solutions, providing expert support before and after sales. Working closely with Product Management, Sales and Quality teams, you'll deliver technical training, support specifications and method statements, and ensure product performance meets required standards. You'll oversee guarantees, QA and QC processes, manage customer claims, and engage with regulatory bodies where required. A key focus will be developing your team, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring technical excellence aligns with commercial objectives. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a globally established leader in construction materials, recognised for innovation, technical credibility and high-performance solutions. With a strong footprint in the industry, they collaborate closely with engineers, architects and contractors, maintaining rigorous quality standards and a culture built on expertise, accountability and continuous improvement. What you'll need An NQF Level 7 qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least five years' experience in construction materials and three years in a management role. Strong knowledge of grinding aids is essential. You'll bring leadership capability, excellent communication skills and sound technical judgement. AutoCAD experience will be advantageous.
