About the position
We are seeking an agile and driven Sales, Procurement & Operations Executive to join our Commercial Operations team in Paarden Eiland. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning customer needs, supplier capabilities, and internal workflows to ensure seamless operations, customer satisfaction, and sustained commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
- Maintain and strengthen key account relationships.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive customer engagement.
- Gather and translate market feedback into actionable sales strategies.
- Support margin optimization through effective pricing alignment and customer negotiations.
Procurement & Supplier Engagement
- Manage strategic sourcing and supplier communications.
- Ensure timely and accurate purchase order execution and contract compliance.
- Monitor exchange rate impacts and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
Operations Coordination
- Align stock allocations with expiry dates, sales channels, and customer requirements.
- Oversee inventory forecasting, contingency planning, and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Identify and champion process improvements to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
Key Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Sage and/or Pastel, with strong computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sales Acumen
- Strong customer engagement and account management abilities.
- Confident in driving margin strategies and product positioning.
Procurement Insight
- Solid experience in supplier relationships, contract review, cost control, and navigating exchange rate impacts.

- Expertise in inventory planning, logistics coordination, and contingency forecasting.
