About the position
Operations Manager
We are looking for a proactive and highly efficient Operations Manager to provide support to the Sales Manager and lead the sales team. This role is critical in ensuring the sales team performs, reporting, customer satisfaction, and key deliverables are managed effectively and completed within required deadlines. The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical and leadership skills, and be able to drive accountability across the sales function.
Non-Negotiables:
- Tertiary Qualification.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a team management role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong reporting, data analysis, and task management experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and assertive.
- Ability to hold teams accountable and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Sales Manager and assist in leading the sales team.
- Track sales activities, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance updates.
- Maintain sales databases, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, action items, and schedules.
- Liaise with internal departments to support customer and sales requirements.
- Monitor team productivity and escalate outstanding issues.
