Sales Operations Manager

Location: Johannesburg & Pretoria Offices

A leading South African outsourcing provider, specialising in sales, customer service, and back-office solutions for international clients, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their Sales Contact Centre team, based at their Johannesburg and Pretoria offices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in short-term insurance sales, along with proven experience in managing sales operations within a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support the sales operations team to achieve set targets
• Drive short-term insurance sales performance across all channels
• Ensure compliance with FSCA regulations and company policies
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise sales processes within the BPO environment
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, risks, and compliance matters

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Solid short-term insurace sales ability
• RE5 qualification (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of FSCA compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
• Proven BPO experience, with an understanding of operational dynamics and client relationships
