Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a highly driven Leader to oversee and drive the performance of an outbound contact centre.

Seeking a "hands on" individual to support the Supervisors and motivate the team. The successful incumbent will be highly analytical as you will required to scrutinise stats and productivity and implement performance improvement measures through team motivation and process improvement measures.

Our qualifying criteria is:

• Completed Post Graduate degree (Business, Finance, Stats or similar)
• 3years minimum experience in managing a team
• 5+years experience in the corporate environment
• Previous experience in driving of sales and productivity
• Strong business and financial acumen
