What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll own the end-to-end management of all Point of Sale operations, overseeing installations, maintenance, asset management and reporting while ensuring accurate information across systems including SAP, Store Finder, Assetsure and Skynamo. Working closely with Key Account Managers, Warehousing, Procurement, Finance, Marketing and external service providers, you'll coordinate projects from planning through to completion. You'll also assist the Brand Ambassador team, ensuring merchandising excellence and maintaining high execution standards across retail stores nationwide. Based in Observatory and this is a Monday to Friday role, after probation, 1 day work from home with slightly flexible working hours. What you'll need A minimum of a Matric qualification with 3 to 5 years' experience in Merchandising or sales Operations, Retail Operations and project management, Trade Marketing or POS Operations is essential. You'll have strong project coordination and stakeholder management experience, advanced organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills are required, while exposure to SAP, Skynamo, Assetsure, warehouse coordination, retail merchandising, service provider management and people leadership will be advantageous.
