Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements and objectives.

Administrative Tasks:

• Manage and update sales pipelines and customer records.
• Utilize basic CRM tools, including spreadsheets, to track sales activities and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in basic CRM systems and spreadsheet management.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Salary: R8,000 - R15,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Commission: 25% of gross profit on sales.
