About the position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Real Estate) for our operations in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous strong real estate sales management experience
  • R50 – R70k pm plus override commission
  • Leadership ability i.e. ability to motivate a sales team
  • Must be target/incentive driven
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Should live in/near Constantia

DUTIES

  • Achievement of branch sales, expenditure and profit targets on an annual basis
  • Direct operational control of the above sales region including managing the property consultants and the administrative staff in each office;
  • To maximize the sales potential of the Southern Suburbs sales region through recruitment and development of a high performing sales and administrative team as needed in order to achieve the above objectives.
  • Implementation of company strategies within the Southern Suburbs sales region and sales team;
  • To assist with the ongoing development and implementation of appropriate sales and other strategies in the company.
  • To meet required deadlines for branch dashboard reporting as per the company requirements
  • To implement all operational, sales and company initiatives within your allocated branch
