SALES MANAGER – DURBAN
 
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma (NQF Level 5 or higher).
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Extensive sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of ACPEC.
• High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and relevant sales systems).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical ability.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
• Valid driver's licence (advantageous).
• Clear criminal record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
