- 1–2 years' retail sales management experience.
- Target-driven.
- Formal qualification advantageous.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Sales Manager leads the retail team to drive sales, develop staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for a passionate cyclist with strong retail leadership skills who thrives on improving performance, achieving targets, and creating a high-performing store environment.

Minimum requirements:
- PASSIONATE and EXPERIENCED cyclist.
- Extensive knowledge of bicycles, components, accessories, and cycling apparel.
- Proven retail sales management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Commercially minded with a passion for achieving results.
- Computer literate with strong operational and administrative skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth and achieving budgeted sales and margin targets.
- Delivering EBIT performance in line with budget.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Creating an exceptional customer experience that keeps cyclists coming back.
- Maintaining world-class merchandising and store presentation.
- Managing stock, data integrity, and operational excellence.
- Executing local and national marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring effective administration, reporting, risk management, and compliance.
