About the position


A leading property management and housing organization in Johannesburg that manages residential and commercial properties seeks to hire an experienced Residential and Commercial Sales Manager to drive occupancy, rental income, and commercial leasing performance across a property portfolio.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement residential and commercial sales strategies.
  • Achieve occupancy, vacancy reduction, and revenue targets.
  • Manage rental setting and adjustments based on market trends.
  • Drive residential leasing, tenant retention, and lead conversion initiatives.
  • Secure and manage commercial tenants and lease agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
  • Manage budgets and support revenue growth.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the sales team.
Requirements

  • NQF Level 7 qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing, Property Studies, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years' sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Property industry experience, particularly in residential leasing, will be advantageous.
