What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the active daily sales team to achieve high quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage major commercial key accounts within the local mining and water sectors.
• Develop highly accurate technical proposals for complex vertical turbine pump systems.
• Negotiate highly profitable long-term service contracts with active local industrial clients.
• Present clear and accurate daily sales forecasts to the senior executive board.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You must clearly show proven experience leading an industrial technical sales team.
• You strictly need deep working knowledge of centrifugal and split-case pump mechanics.
• You must clearly understand major local mining and municipal water stakeholders deeply.
• You need a proven daily sales track record against major pump competitors.
• You must confidently identify and secure new water infrastructure rehabilitation projects locally.
