You're a commercially sharp, technically minded sales leader who thrives in a target-driven environment. Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, you enjoy building relationships, influencing key stakeholders and closing complex deals. You're equally comfortable leading a team as you are rolling up your sleeves in the field. Resilient under pressure, organised, and goal-driven, you operate with integrity and enjoy working within a multicultural, global environment.
You'll develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the rooftop segment, focusing on key accounts such as wholesalers, distributors and EPCs. From managing and growing a sales team to generating new business leads, you'll oversee the full sales cycle - prospecting, client visits, presentations, negotiations and key account management. You'll develop pricing strategies, forecasts and reports, maintain CRM accuracy, and align closely with engineering, supply chain and product teams to deliver tailored solutions. This role includes national and international travel and offers the opportunity to expand market share locally while exploring new international markets.

A relevant Business or Commerce qualification (BCom, MBA or similar), coupled with strong technical acumen in engineering-related fields. You bring 10+ years' B2B technical sales experience, ideally within multi-channel environments, and have managed complex sales cycles from start to finish. Strong Excel, CRM and ERP proficiency is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required.
