About the position

Sales Manager (Technical / Industrial Sales)
A well-established manufacturing company in the composite solutions sector is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to establish and lead its B2B Sales Department in 2026.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years’ B2B sales experience in a technical or industrial environment, including international exposure, and at least 7 years’ experience managing B2B Lead Generators and/or Converters. Strong leadership, CRM proficiency, technical aptitude, and proven ability to drive lead generation, conversion and revenue growth are essential.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the B2B sales strategy in collaboration with the Managing Director.
  • Establish and structure the B2B sales department, including systems and team recruitment.
  • Lead, mentor and manage B2B Lead Generators and Converters to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee CRM tracking, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Engage with B2B customers at a senior level, providing technical guidance and managing onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and contribute to strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3-year sales qualification
  • 15+ years’ B2B technical/industrial sales experience
  • 7+ years’ team management experience in B2B sales
  • Advanced MS Office and CRM skills
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
  • Technical mindset and ability to explain complex products
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
