About the position
Role Overview This is not a traditional marketing or support role - we're looking for someone with real sales leadership experience, preferably in the home services or B2C service space. You will lead the full sales process, convert warm leads, manage a small team, and report directly to ownership. You'll be expected to take ownership of recurring revenue, support lead conversions, track performance metrics, and help build scalable sales systems. Key Responsibilities ?? Manage and optimize the full sales funnel (inbound lead ? recurring client) Requirements ? 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience Compensation & Perks ?? Basic Salary: R32,000 - R44,000/month ?? Earning Potential: R40,000 - R60,000/month (Basic + Commission) ? Paid U.S. holidays
?? Lead and coach a 2-person inside sales team
?? Personally step in to quote and close leads when needed
?? Track KPIs: conversion rates, MRR growth, client retention, and lead quality
?? Propose and execute promotions or rebooking campaigns
?? Collaborate with our U.S. marketing agency to align lead generation and sales
?? Maintain and optimize CRM pipelines.
? Experience in home services (cleaning, HVAC, pest control, etc.) is a strong advantage
? Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue or client growth targets
? Strong leadership and coaching ability
? Excellent communication skills - fluent, professional English
? Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Launch27, or Jobber
? Available full-time: Monday-Friday, 3PM to 11PM SAST (9AM-5PM EST)
