About the position
Sales & Business Development:
- Call on existing clients and develop new business within the paints, inks, coatings, and plastics sectors.
- Promote and sell a portfolio of raw materials including polymers, pigments, colorants, resins, and additives.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing technical product support where needed.
- Conduct regular client visits and provide product presentations and solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales or technical experience in the raw materials industry.
- Strong understanding of products such as polymers, resins, colorants, and pigments.
- Must have experience selling into the paints, coatings, inks, or plastics sectors.
- Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
