Sales Manager

About the position

We are lookng for an organised, personable and hard-working individual to join the team. You will work closely with teams in South Africa, the USA and the UK and will be responsible for:

• Guiding a team of less experienced business development associates (Between 2 to 5) to meet their goals which include:
• Researching and finding quality leads/potential clients using internal processes
  and partner websites
• Organising the leads and finding suitable contacts for each client
• Reaching out to leads, via LinkedIn, email and phone, to arrange meetings for the
  Senior Sales team
• Inputting of data and cross checking of leads through Client Relationship
  Management (CRM) systems
• Taking ownership of the entire sales process up to and inclusive of closing sales for self-identified leads together with senior support.
• Defining and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Driving higher sales numbers for the entire organization.
• Handling larger deals and cultivating strategic partnerships.
• Setting key targets in collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Working with the Marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies.

As a Sales Manager, you will be working directly under the Managing Director in South Africa to ensure you contribute to business growth. This role will provide you with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a basic salary. There is a lot of growth in the Business and should the candidate be successful in this role, there are many other opportunities.
