Location: Randfontein, Gauteng
Salary: R30k - R40k plus incentives
Your Mission:
As our Business Development and Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the expansion of our new brand. You'll develop and implement strategic business development and marketing initiatives, identify key opportunities within the fuel industry, and cultivate lasting partnerships with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, specifically within the fuel wholesale market.
- Brand Building: Drive brand awareness and implement strategic marketing plans to establish our new brand as a leader.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients across agricultural, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, understanding their unique fuel needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the fuel wholesale market.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
- Digital Presence: Implement and manage dynamic social and digital media marketing strategies to reach our target audience.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social/digital media marketing.
- Relevant experience in business development, ideally within the fuel industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional sales skills with a focus on new business generation.
