About the position
Lead the sales function, grow revenue, build a strong sales team, and take ownership of key client relationships while ensuring disciplined execution against targets, pricing, and sales processes.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Grade 12, plus a relevant Sales or Marketing qualification
- 5 years+ sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role
- Experience leading, coaching, and holding sales teams accountable
- Background in B2B sales
- Online or digital marketing industry exposure
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Own laptop and stable internet connectivity
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly

- Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Drive new business growth and expand existing client accounts
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion performance
- Coach, develop, and hold the sales team accountable for results
- Build and maintain strong senior client relationships
- Ensure compliance with agreed products, pricing, and sales processes
- Deliver clear and accurate sales performance reporting
- Identify market opportunities and competitive trends
- Work closely with marketing and internal teams to support sales outcomes
