About the position

Lead the sales function, grow revenue, build a strong sales team, and take ownership of key client relationships while ensuring disciplined execution against targets, pricing, and sales processes.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Grade 12, plus a relevant Sales or Marketing qualification 
  • 5 years+ sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role
  • Experience leading, coaching, and holding sales teams accountable
  • Background in B2B sales 
  • Online or digital marketing industry exposure 
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Own laptop and stable internet connectivity
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly
Key Performance Areas

  • Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Drive new business growth and expand existing client accounts
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion performance
  • Coach, develop, and hold the sales team accountable for results
  • Build and maintain strong senior client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with agreed products, pricing, and sales processes
  • Deliver clear and accurate sales performance reporting
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive trends
  • Work closely with marketing and internal teams to support sales outcomes
