Sales Manager at Sondor Industries

About the position

We require the services of a Sales Manager who has 5-8 years sales & marketing management exposure at our branch in Durban/KZN.

You will manage the Sales & Marketing function at the branch and be responsible for
increasing sales volumes in accordance with customer demands and company budgeted forecast. In line with the Company's business plan & objectives you will managed sales of Non cross & Cross linked/open/close cell foam (NXPE & XPE)

Duties:

• Managing the sales & marketing function of the branch
• Conducting Sales and Market intelligence
• Calling on all major customers
• Monitoring Sales performance and objectives from Sales team
• Developing new business
• Achieve Sales budget objectives
• Ensure updated price list and set selling process with Branch Manager
• Good product knowledge and good communication skills
• Motivating & driving the sales team
• Coaching & guiding sales reps
• Developing & implementing sales strategy

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Relevant Sales/Marketing diploma or degree

Other: Computer literate i.e. MS office/computer (Word, excel, Syspro etc)
Valid driver's license is essential
