Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute high-impact sales strategies that consistently smash revenue targets and expand market share in the fast-evolving ICT infrastructure sector.
- Build and nurture powerful C-level relationships with enterprise clients across Gauteng, turning one-off projects into long-term strategic partnerships and recurring revenue streams.
- Lead, inspire, and elevate a team of Account Managers — mentoring them to exceed individual and team targets while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends, disruptive technologies, competitor moves, and untapped opportunities in the ICT landscape.
- Deliver compelling, executive-level presentations that showcase our integrated solutions (integrated security, structured cabling, and world-class data centre infrastructure) as the perfect fit for each client’s unique vision.
- Drive consistent quota achievement and profitability through smart deal structuring, managed service crafting, and value-based selling.
- Collaborate seamlessly with technical, operations, and marketing teams to co-create seamless, end-to-end solutions that exceed client expectations.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (highly advantageous)
- Minimum 5+ years proven Sales Management experience
- Minimum 7+ years industry experience in ICT infrastructure, security, cabling, or data centre solutions
- Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing sales teams from the ground up
- Established senior-level CXO relationships in the Gauteng enterprise market
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to craft complex deals and managed service agreements
