About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and confident Sales Manager to convert leads into student registrations through open days, calls, and proactive outreach. You'll manage the full sales process and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage and convert student enquiries
  • Track and nurture leads daily
  • Maintain accurate records and submit reports
  • Represent the institution at events/open days
  • Collaborate with internal teams for sales growth

Requirements:

  • Matric (minimum); relevant qualification preferred
  • 1+ year sales experience
  • Excellent communication and selling skills
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Own transport and willingness to travel
  • Available to work late hours and alternate Saturdays
