We are hiring for the Sales Manager. role for our Parent company Digital Regenesys at Chiromo Ln, Nairobi, Kenya

  • Role :- Sales Manager.
  • Work Location :- 1203, 12th Floor, GTC Office Tower Intersection of Waiyaki Way, Chiromo Ln, Nairobi, Kenya
  • Shift :- Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6.00 PM EAT , Saturday =9.00Am - 2.00 PM EAT.
  • Working Day :- 6 Days
  • Key skills :- B2B Sales , Sales, Client relationship.
  • Notice period :- immediate joiner .
  • Work Experience :- 6 months to 1 Years , or fresher ( good communications)
  • Salary budget Per month - 50,000 Kenyan Shillings + Incentives.

  • Qualification : - Any graduate & undergraduate with experience.

Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for fostering business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our reach in the South African market. Your role will encompass: - Craft and implement innovative strategies for business expansion in new and existing markets - Surpass regular sales targets with your prowess - Skillfully document the sales journey and closures - Nurture and strengthen customer relationships - Execute business development activities with precision and promptness - You have to dial 120+ customers in a working day.
To excel in this role, you should have:- 0-3 years of stellar sales experience - Masterful written and verbal communication skills - Thrive under pressure with acute attention to detail - Adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Exhibit outstanding time management and organizational skills - Opportunity for professional growth and development. - Collaborative and motivating work environment in a globally renowned institution. - Fluency in English is mandatory. - Motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
