MANCOSA, a DHET registered and CHE accredited private higher education institution, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
CORE PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to manage a sales team to achieve sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
CORE FUNCTIONS
• Motivate and drive sales performance for the enrolment intakes
• Provide leadership support to the sales team as a group and on an individual basis
• Have an understanding of CRM and utilising it as a tool to maintain positive sales conversion as a group and individual basis
• Conduct necessary process, product and system training for newly appointed sales consultants
• Have an understanding of the MANCOSA formal learning programme offering and value proposition
• Ensure regulatory compliance by the sales team and adherence to institutional policies
• Create developmental journey per sales consultant based on strengths and areas of development.
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATION (S)
• Grade 12 Senior Certificate
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in a sales leadership role with track record of sales target achievement
• Minimum 7 years of work experience within the sales environment
• Hold the appropriate public speaking and presentation skills
• Administrative skills and report writing
RELATED KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and sound time management skills
• Well-versed in business administration best practices
• Understanding of the sales leadership role
