Purpose of the Role:
Are you a dynamic leader ready to propel our insurance company to new heights! As our Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales operations, leading a talented team to achieve and exceed targets. From developing strategic sales initiatives to fostering client relationships, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment. As we continue to expand, we're on the lookout for target driven Sales Manager who is ready to take their career to new heights and be part of the driving force behind our mission.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing access to already established stop order markets within the public sector.
• Acquisition of new stop order worksites within the Public Sector.
• Recruitment of qualified and experienced Sales advisors.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive team performance.
• Conducting regular coaching sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that celebrates success and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in sales and/or marketing or related field (essential) (NQF level 7)
• RE1 qualification is essential.
• 3 - 5 years' proven experience in a supervisory or management level position in field sales is essential (preferably within insurance/ financial services).
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is mandatory,
• Must be based in Ekurhuleni/ Pretoria
• Must be tech-savvy and computer literate.
• You need to be able to speak English, the ability to speak more than 1 South African language would be advantageous.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Territory sales planning and execution on a tactical and operational level.

• Ability to speak one other official African language will be advantageous
