About the position

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric / Grade 12 – Essential
  
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Outbound Call Centre selling long-term insurance with sales targets – Essential
  
  

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of the Financial Services industry, including FAIS and TCF principles
  
  
• Knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and compliance requirements
  
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one other official South African language
  
  
• Strong objection-handling and closing techniques
  
  
• Fully computer literate with the ability to multitask across systems
  
  
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
  
  
• Clear criminal and credit record
