Our client in the logistics industry is looking for a Sales/Lead generator.

Title
Lead Generator- Sales

Essential requirements

• Grade 12
• Computer literacy
• Comfortable using phone systems and databases
• CRM and emailing skills

Key RoleKey Role

  Making Outbound Calls & Securing Meetings:

• Initiating calls to potential customers and securing meetings for sales reps to attend. Updating sales reps’ calendars with confirmed meetings

Lead Generation:

• Identifying and qualifying potential customers who are likely to be interested in the product or service. 

Identifying Needs:

• Understanding customer needs and challenges to tailor the sales pitch appropriately. 

Handling Objections:

• Addressing and overcoming potential customer objections during the cold call sales process. 

Maintaining Records:

• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. 

Collaborating with Sales Team:

• Providing qualified leads and relevant information to the broader sales team for use in their sales meeting
