This is your chance to jump into the driver’s seat and take full command of an intricate, fast-paced fleet operation of up to 180 cars — keeping everything moving, efficient, and compliant from start to finish.

What’s the road ahead?
You’ll be the engine behind:
- Keeping every vehicle accounted for, optimized, and humming — from cost control and driver management to fuel tracking, licensing, and repairs.
- Partnering closely with our external fleet provider to ensure nothing falls through the cracks — you’ll be their go-to, their lighthouse in the storm.
- Keeping our insurance claims in check, collisions in context, and recoveries in motion — cool-headed, quick-footed, and always on top of the paperwork.
- Turning data into decisions — mileage, driver behaviour, service schedules, fuel spend… if it moves, you’re tracking it.
- Staying one step ahead — planning vehicle rotations, coordinating de-fleeting, reconciling reports, and keeping our dashboards squeaky clean and insights-rich.
You’ll thrive if you:
- Know fleet operations like the back of your hand (3–5 years’ experience in a similar role is ideal).
- Have a brain built for structure and a heart that beats for logistics.
- Are the kind of person who doesn’t just identify problems — you fix them.
- Can juggle a million details and still deliver with precision.
- Communicate clearly, act decisively, and work independently — no hand-holding needed.
- Are a master of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and know how to bring numbers to life.
- Love a bit of organized chaos and keep your cool when the tyres hit the tarmac.
Bonus points if you:
- Have a tertiary qualification in Fleet Management, Business, Finance or similar.
- Know SAP ERP or have experience in high-volume, high-performance corporate environments.
- Bring infectious energy, solution-focused thinking, and a proactive “I’ve got this” attitude.
