About the position
We’re looking for a proactive, confident Lead Generator who loves meeting people, spotting opportunities, and opening doors. If you enjoy being out in the field, connecting with businesses, and setting up high-quality appointments for the sales team, this role is built for you.
Key Performance Indicators (as a Lead Generator, your mission is simple):
a) Find leads. Qualify them. Set appointments. Fuel the sales pipeline.
b) You’ll be on the road daily, visiting businesses, introducing our solutions, gathering key decision-maker info, and securing appointments for our Sales Executives.
c) Your work lays the foundation for major deals and long-term partnerships.
d) Conduct door-to-door business visits across the region
e) Identify and qualify new business leads
f) Speak to gatekeepers and decision-makers
g) Secure high-quality appointments for the Sales Executive team
h) Capture accurate lead information and submit daily activity reports
i) Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence
j) Stay alert to market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities
