Technical Sales Executive (Waterproofing & Industrial Coatings)
Centurion, Gauteng
R25,000 basic + Car Allowance + Commission (OTE R50k–R80k p/m)

We’re representing a major player in the South African construction and industrial space – a brand with over 60 years of history in high-performance building solutions.
If you love being on-site, solving real problems like leaks, damp and deterioration – and turning them into smart, long-lasting solutions – this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Sell waterproofing, damp proofing and industrial coating systems into the construction, commercial and industrial property markets
- Build strong relationships with Architects, Property Developers, Facility & Maintenance Managers, and Contractors
- Conduct site visits, assess problems, and recommend the right technical solution
- Prepare and present technical proposals & quotations
- Work with engineers and project teams to get your systems specified from design stage
- Own your pipeline and consistently hit your sales targets
What You Must Bring
- Proven experience in technical or construction-related sales
- A strong track record selling to architects, developers, FMs or large maintenance teams
- Ability to quickly understand technical product info
- Confident communicator, negotiator and relationship-builder
- Valid driver’s licence & willingness to travel
Bonus: Knowledge or studies in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Building Science
