About the position
Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical (Refrigeration) Sales Executive, who has experience working within the refrigeration industry and/or who has sales experience related to commercial refrigeration.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue, and close technical sales opportunities for our Client’s range of products and solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the regions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor on product offering.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing, projects team and sales support, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings and identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand and expand customer base.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and sales reports.

• Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within the refrigeration industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with a customer- centric mindset.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A willingness to travel is needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• IT Skills (excel, word, power point).
• Refrigeration Industry experience essential
