Our client is looking to employ a Sales Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently met and exceeded monthly, quarterly, and annual growth, funding, and revenue targets.
- Managed a personal portfolio of clients, ensuring regular, relationship-focused contact as their dedicated account manager.
- Actively prospected and tightly managed a retention sales pipeline to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Built and maintained strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by demonstrating deep industry and business understanding.
- Resolved client queries promptly within required turnaround times.
- Oversaw the full credit application process, including documentation, packaging, submission, and negotiation with the credit department.
- Maintained high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Delivered strong sales results both individually and through team efforts, navigating complex and competitive client environments.
- Provided regular performance reports and sales forecasts to management
Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or similar relevant qualification (NQF6).
- 3 years Proven track record of successfully retaining and upselling to existing accounts.
- Experience in working with a high volume of clients via email, digitally and telephonically.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English is a must!
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and processes.
- Strong sales and closing skills.
- Proficient in MS office / CRM software (Salesforce would be highly advantageous).
