About the position
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Deliver a superior customer experience through professional sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Store Operations & Presentation
- Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with brand standards.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and stock management.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure the store runs efficiently and meets performance objectives.
Teamwork & Management
- Work closely with the store team to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
- Assist with team motivation and supervision where required.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 5-10 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, or a related industry.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and results driven.

Remuneration:
Salary Range: R15,000.00 - R40,000.00
(Negotiable, based on skills, experience and in relation to current package)
