About the Role:
This is a hunter role for a driven individual who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You will be responsible for:
- Forging strong partnerships with security companies, nurturing distribution channels, and expanding our network.
- Engaging directly with the farming community, showcasing how our robust solutions can protect their valuable assets and operations.
- Driving sales for our comprehensive suite of cutting-edge security products, including:
- Advanced Access Control Systems: From powerful command centre software to smart readers, robust controllers, and mobile access solutions.
- Leading Perimeter Security: High-tech electric fencing, intruder detection systems, and integrated hardware for gates and fences.
- Integrated Solutions: Seamlessly connecting access control, intruder alarms, perimeter security, and cybersecurity for a unified platform.
- Specialized Software: Such as visitor management and PIV (Personal Identity Verification) software.
- High-Security Solutions: For the most demanding and sensitive environments.
- Value-Added Services: Including comprehensive care plans and security health checks.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the security, technology, or agricultural sectors.
- A strong network and understanding of the security distribution landscape in the Western Cape.
- A "can-do" attitude with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional client value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Your Rewards:
- Competitive Basic Salary: R20,000 per month
- Car Allowance
- Uncapped Commission Structure: On Target Earnings (OTE) with commission of R30,000+ per month
