About the position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate products or services.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on strategy.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings as required.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitors.

Key Requirements:

  • Minium of 5 years' experience is sales
  • UNDERSTANDING of sales process and dynamics
  • Motivation to meet monthly sales goals
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Communication skills
  • Market related renumeration

***Salary - R15,000.00. + Company Car (Suzuki) + Car Allowance + Excellent Commission (Negotiable, based on skills, experience and in relation to current package)
