About the position
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with proven expertise in hard-core sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment, excels at closing deals, and has a solid track record in B2B sales, particularly in the event production, corporate, and media advertising sectors. This role is central to expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the events and media space.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, creative) to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and pipeline reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrable success in a fast-paced, target-driven sales role.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals in the events, media, corporate, and advertising industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Desirable:
- Existing network of industry contacts and potential clients will be advantageous.
- Experience selling integrated event/media solutions will be advantageous.
- Understanding of emerging trends in the event and media landscape.
