About the position
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join the Pretoria-East Head Office of an established client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our full range of HR services. This role requires a strong understanding of HR compliance and transformation regulations in South Africa (e.g., EE Act, Skills Development Act, BCEA). Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
2+ years B2B sales experience in HR, compliance or professional services environment
Sound knowledge of SA HR Legislation (EE, Skills Development, BCEA etc)
Driver's license and own transport
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Promote and sell HR Consult's services, including:
- Employment Equity compliance and committee facilitation
- Skills Development Planning and WSP/ATR submissions
- HR Retainer services (monthly support packages)
- HR Policies, contracts, and compliance audits
Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored service proposals.
Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and HR workshops.
Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow up consistently.
Collaborate with consultants to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
