Medical Freight Services Sales Representative Location: Gauteng About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to service and grow our client's established client base within the medical sector. This role focuses on promoting their specialized medical freightt services, which include time-critical delivery of medical supplies, temperature-controlled transport, and secure handling of sensitive materials. Responsibilities: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, research institutions, and individual medical clients. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, specifically targeting clients within the medical sector (hospitals, clinics, laboratories, etc.). Package: Competitive base salary of R25,000 per month. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing client accounts.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's medical freight services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the medical courier division.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management1 skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
A valid driver's license.
Exposure to CRM or similar systems is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical logistics or related fields is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
