What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the technical or industrial sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- A strong background in B2B sales, business development, or marketing in a technical environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical and commercially viable solutions
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Experience in capital-intensive industries and long-cycle investment projects
- Knowledge or experience in thermal energy systems, steam, or hot water systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with existing clients and proactively develop new business
- Identify and grow opportunities in target markets, customer segments, and industries
- Lead marketing initiatives and represent the company at relevant events
- Review technical specifications and commercial requirements from clients
- Develop tailored, technically sound solutions that align with client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, drawing, procurement, factory, construction)
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and technical documentation
- Drive the sales process from tendering to contract negotiation and securing orders
- Coordinate project handovers with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Stay ahead of market trends to help shape and enhance the sales strategy
