You're a self-motivated Engineer with a solid grounding in process or mechanical engineering. You're curious, adaptable, and ready to immerse yourself in a German-based training program that will power your success in a technical sales role. You're comfortable working independently, thrive on connecting with people, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English is a must, and you're open to improving your basic German language skills as part of your professional journey.
What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
Starting with comprehensive 9-months training in Germany, you'll gain deep technical knowledge of industrial filtration systems and first-hand experience across departments. Once back in South Africa, you'll apply this knowledge in a sales engineering role-acting as the key technical point of contact for clients across South Africa and the wider SADC region. You'll deliver tailored solutions, build client relationships, and drive business growth across mining and minerals sectors.

What you'll need
A degree in Process, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering is essential, along with a strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and industrial filtration processes. Basic German language proficiency is a must, with a willingness to build on this during training. You'll bring previous experience in a similar filtration-focused environment-ideally within mining-and an enthusiasm for technical sales. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a readiness to relocate for training are also important, as well as willingness to travel throughout Africa.
