About the position
Are you a technically savvy sales professional with a passion for engineering solutions? We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to drive business development for a well-established engineering services company operating in the petrochemical, mining, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales of engineering, plant maintenance, fabrication, and corrosion protection services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across industrial sectors.
- Engage with stakeholders from technical buyers to site engineers.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals that contribute to consistent revenue growth.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and client insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field OR proven technical sales experience.
- Experience selling into industrial environments (e.g., petrochemical, mining, energy).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and action-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
