You're a technically-minded professional who enjoys solving complex problemsand connecting with clients. You can confidently walk through a plant, engagewith engineers and decision-makers, and quickly grasp what a client needs, oftensketching it out on paper before heading back to refine the proposal. You'll lead sales for customised processing solutions not just off-the-shelfcomponents. Think tanks, mixers, dryers, valves, and bespoke plant expansionsfor clients across Southern and Eastern Africa. You'll identify newopportunities, handle customer visits, generate quotes, use CRM and I-Basetools, and support project costing and small-scale modernisation efforts. Your role bridges technical understanding and client engagement collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are well-designed and well-delivered.

You'll have a BTech, BEng or BSc in engineering or a related technical field,with at least 5 years' experience in project or process engineering, ideallywithin FMCG, beverage, bottling, or similar industries. Strong commercialacumen, project sales experience, and the ability to understand technicalscopes and engage across stakeholder levels are essential. Prior use of CRMtools (like Salesforce) and solid MS Office skills will be advantageous.
