The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to join our executive team. This is a critical, investment-level hire for a seasoned sales professional who will own the full sales lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving new business, forging strategic partnerships, and closing high-value enterprise deals. This is a hands-on role for a proactive individual who thrives on accountability and is passionate about building a brand.
What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing six-figure deals.
- Pitch Leadership & Accountability: Take full ownership of the pitch process, including scoring briefs, collaborating with internal teams to assign resources, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely submission of world-class proposals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with C-suite clients and negotiate long-term agreements with key strategic partners and venue chains.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as an active and influential voice for the company. Engage with clients, prospects, and industry leaders online through social platforms and represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client lunches.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting.
What You'll Bring
- A proven track record of success in enterprise B2B sales, with experience owning the full sales cycle and closing large, complex deals.
- Demonstrated experience in pitch management and accountability, with a sharp eye for detail and exceptional project management skills.
- An established network in South Africa and key relationships within large corporations. A strong network in Dubai/UAE is a plus.
- A confident and engaging presence, both online and in-person, with a passion for networking and building relationships.
- A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: R50,000.00 /month
- Commission: A competitive performance-based commission on new revenue and strategic account wins, with a realistic monthly upside of R80,000.00 - R120,000.00+.
